Argus

About Argus

HR, finance and sales got their own systems. Production got everyone else’s.

Event production is specialist work, and generalist software can’t meet its demands. That’s why we built Argus: so you run the show instead of wrestling the software.

See it at work

From the design chat to a signed client approval.

One project, start to finish, in two minutes: a car reveal in Milan. The creative team works in its own room, the client sees only what the agency sends, changes come back pinned on the picture, and the approval is on the record for both sides.

01

My Desk

Every job on one screen. Nadia, the creative producer, starts from her desk: the projects she is on, what is waiting for her in each, and her own notepad.

02

The project chat

One click on the chat launcher, pick the project. Solenne S1 World Reveal opens with its rooms: General, Design/Creative, Technical, Guest Hospitality, Catering and Production. Each department talks in its own room, and nobody wades through the others.

03

Post the design

In the creative room Nadia posts the first key visual: the Galleria in Milan, the car on its plinth, the dome wash on cue 9.

04

Send it to the client window

One tick on the image sends that version to the client. The client never sees the rooms, the chatter or the other departments, only what the agency chose to show them.

05

The client pins the changes

Giulia Conti at Solenne opens her client window, chooses Changes requested and pins two notes on the picture itself: centre the car under the dome, warm the blue glow in the far arch. Her name and the time go on the record.

06

The request lands in the design chat

The client's notes arrive in the creative room, attached to the design they are about, with each pin shown on the picture. No email chain, no screenshot with red circles.

07

Version two, as options

Nadia posts version two as a board of three options and sends the board to the client to choose from.

08

The client chooses and approves

Giulia compares the three side by side, opens one full size, and approves Option 1 with her name.

09

The record

Argus keeps the record for both sides: every version sent, every change asked for with its pins, every approval with who and when. The agency downloads it as a PDF for site, and the client has the same record in their window.

Built by event producers. In use at working agencies now.
