Argus Command Center is operated by Pythia Technologies LLC (Sharjah Media City, UAE). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. The short version: your workspace content belongs to you, we collect only what the service needs to run, and we do not sell data to anyone.
We use a small set of service providers, each only for its role: Stripe (payments), Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (networking and file storage), Google Workspace (business email), Resend (transactional email) and Anthropic (AI processing of content you submit to AI features). We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share workspace content with anyone except these processors as needed to run the service, or where the law requires it.
Each customer's workspace is isolated from every other customer's. Content you mark for sharing (for example a client link) is accessible to whoever holds that link, under the controls you set (password, expiry, revocation). Everything else stays inside your workspace.
We produce aggregated, anonymised statistics from use of the service, such as industry cost benchmarks and market trends, and may offer these as insights, including commercially. Before anything is used this way it is stripped of identity and combined across many workspaces, and we do not publish figures where the sample is small enough to point back at a specific company. These aggregates never identify, and cannot be traced back to, you, your clients, your suppliers, your projects or your pricing. If you have specific concerns about this, write to us.
We keep workspace data while the subscription is active. After termination, you may request deletion of your workspace and its content by writing to us; we will delete it from the live system and it will age out of backups on their normal cycle. Messages sent inside a company workspace are retained by that workspace; they belong to the subscribing company.
How to request deletion of your data.
Work you contributed to a company workspace, such as messages, tasks and files, belongs to that company and stays with it unless the company asks us to delete it. Deleted data ages out of our backups on their normal cycle.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is authenticated and permission-scoped, and we keep independent nightly backups. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will inform you without undue delay.
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion (subject to the subscribing company's ownership of its workspace content). Write to us and we will respond promptly.
If we change this policy materially we will note it here and, for significant changes, tell workspace owners by email.
