Refund and Cancellation Policy

We would rather you tried Argus properly before paying than ask for your money and argue about it later. That is what the trial is for.

1. The free trial

• Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
• Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
• When the trial ends, the payment method you provided is charged for the plan you chose, and your subscription begins.

2. Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing inside Argus. No email, no phone call, no notice period.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep full access until then.
• We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for time remaining in a billing period after it has started, whether monthly or annual.

3. Billing mistakes

Genuine billing errors are always put right: duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, or amounts that do not match your plan will be refunded in full. Write to us and we will resolve it quickly.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
