Argus Command Center ("Argus", "we", "us") is a software service operated by Pythia Technologies LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates. These terms govern your use of the service at arguscommandcenter.com. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them.
Argus is a subscription platform for planning and managing live-event production: project intake, budgets, schedules, site surveys, safety documentation, supplier records, messaging and client-facing sharing. We host the service, maintain it and develop it; we do not produce events and are not a party to agreements between you and your clients or suppliers.
Everything you put into your workspace (projects, budgets, files, messages, documents) is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, display and transmit it in order to run the service. On termination you may request deletion of your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may derive aggregated, anonymised statistics from use of the service, for example industry cost benchmarks and market trends, and we own those aggregates and may commercialise them. This is done under strict rules: aggregates are combined across many workspaces, are never published where the sample is small enough to point back at anyone, and never identify or make identifiable you, your clients, your suppliers, your projects or your pricing. Your underlying content remains yours and confidential under section 5.
You agree not to use Argus to store or share unlawful material, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces, to resell the service without our agreement, or to probe, overload or disrupt the platform.
Some features process the content you submit (for example an RFP document or a supplier quotation) through third-party AI providers to produce analyses, drafts and structured data such as budget lines. AI output can contain errors and omissions, including in extracted figures, dates and totals. Outputs are drafting assistance, not professional advice, and are provided as is, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying anything the service generates, and in particular any figure, before using it in a budget, quotation, contract or other decision. Section 11 applies to any reliance on generated output.
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, including nightly backups, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core service you pay for during a period you have already paid for.
We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or for material breach of these terms. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability, governing law) survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
